ELITE ACADEMY

MUSCEA's Elite Academy is open to all Monroe United players (12-14 old) and other players  who are not currently carded to another EHYSL team. The Elite Academy combines technical and tactical training appropriate to the advanced level player.  Sessions are held once per week for 8 weeks in each of the fall, winter and spring seasons. Elite Academy Tournament teams may be formed during the winter/summer seasons. The Elite Academy does not replace your current team and Monroe United does not form new teams from the Elite Academy program.

The Elite Academy program is directed by UK Elite a leader in European style player development. All trainers are licensed and have played at the professional and/or college level here and in Europe.

The Academy Program will focus on improving the youth player in the art of individual skill through the use of:

Repetition

Intensity

Variety of Practice

Relevance

Quality Feedback

12-14 year olds will be expected to take their individual skills to the game situation where there will be an increased tactical element

*Scholarships amounting to full tuition are available to MUSC members who can show a demonstrated need.
