ELITE DEVO

Elite Devo (Developmental) is a structured, high-level technical program for the youngest travel players. Designed for U7, U8 and U9 players, Elite Devo develops footskills at a training pace accelerating to match speed as the individual player master skills. The Elite Academy does not replace your current team and Monroe United does not form new teams from the Elite Academy program. The program is open to all Monroe United players and other players not currently carded to another EHYSL team/club.

The Elite Academy program is directed by UK Elite a leader in European style player development. All trainers are licensed and have played at the professional and/or college level here and in Europe.

The Academy Program will focus on improving the youth player in the art of individual skill through the use of:

Intensity

Variety of Practice

Relevance

Quality Feedback

The 7-9 year old players will experience more game activities to keep players enthusiastic and focused on their individual footwork.

*Scholarships amounting to full tuition are available to MUSC members who can show a demonstrated need.
