Permission to Fund-Raise
Effective 12/1/2004, all teams wishing to hold a fund-raiser must complete and submit the electronic form below at least 30 days prior to the date the fund-raiser is to be held or begin. You will receive confirmation and a response from the MUSC Board of Directors within 10 days of submission of the form. No fund-raiser is considered approved until the team coach/manager receives written approval from the MUSC Board of Directors.
